I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been in private practice as a mental health counselor for 14 years. My approach is gentle and supportive. 

In my therapy practice I specialize in marriage and couples counseling.   I have a particular interest in helping intimate relationships grow and flourish.

Much of my work centers on:

• Decreasing communication differences
• Alleviating the symptoms of depression and anxiety
• Mending troubled relationships
• Bringing closure to trauma, grief and loss
• Addressing parenting concerns

I also provide psychotherapy for individuals who are experiencing life transitions and want a supportive environment in which to build on their strengths and to evaluate their choices for the future.
